Cancellation Policy

“Cancellation Policy” - a credit card will be required to book all services in order to secure your appointment time. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY RULES. I require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. A 24 hour cancellation will result in a 75% charge of your scheduled service. In the instance that you no-call/no-show, you will be charged for your service in full.
